Jessica Sierra out of jail; “Celebrity Rehab” show debuts tomorrow
Jessica Sierra, former American Idol finalist, alleged star of a homemade sex tape, alleged offerer of oral sex to a police officer, alleged drug offender while allegedly pregnant, is out of jail.
Whew.
She’s back on her way to rehab, the same facility and doctor (Dr. Drew Pinsky) where she stayed as part of the new VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Because it’s important to go back and repeat the same process that failed the first time. Or, was the first all about the reality show and not so much the rehab?
Hmmmm….
So, now she’s in rehab for a year. That will give her time to stay clean while her baby (allegedly) is born, and hopefully she uses the time to move on to a new phase in her life – motherhood, health, and maturity.

Man, I’ve got to be careful how I word these things. But, local news websites, Fox News, and TMZ are all reporting that sweet l’il Jessica is on a pregnancy diet between bars. Daddy is supposed to be a rapper.
I half expected it to be a cop. But, I guess you can’t get preggers from oral sex, despite what I might be telling my own girls in a couple years.

So, let’s see what this little one gets to look forward to in about 10 years when his/her Mom is chain-smoking Marlboros on the porch of her double-wide on Nebraska Avenue, assuming he/she manages to get online at the library or someplace that won’t filter news about his/her Mom:
- Multiple drug and alcohol arrests
- Mom offering to blow a cop to get out of jail
- Mom’s sex tape
- Mom preg-o in jail
Did I miss anything?
Oh yeah, she managed to make it to the American Idol finals. Nice. She peaked at 20 years of age.

- Go to rehab.
- Keep getting arrested.
- Release your sex tape.

Yes, Jessica Sierra, world-renowned theme park singer, has a sex tape. Allegedly. It’’s going to be released at the beginning of the upcoming Idol season. Allegedly.
Hey, I can enjoy a good sex tape with the best of ‘em, but I can honestly say that I have zero desire to see this one. Something about that post-coital cigarette-in-bath scene is turning me off. Well, that and the mug shot from a couple days ago.

It’s days like this that I thank god I have a blog.
Alcoholism and drug abuse aren’t funny. These conditions make you say and do really stupid things. Case in point:
Seems sweet l’il Jessica, fresh out of rehab for her last alcohol and drug arrest, was off the wagon down in Ybor City in the early morning hours. Bouncers had to get police to get her off the property, but unlike you and me she decided to resist. Reading the arrest report (available here or here), she throws up in the back of the squad car, then offers “to suck your dick if you don’t take me to jail”, then uses the “N” word a couple times on the ride to jail.
Attagirl, way to win friends and influence people.
Just a tip ladies: When offering to give a member of law enforcement the oral magic, it’s best to do so BEFORE vomiting.

Former ‘Idol’ star arrested

TAMPA – Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra was arrested early Sunday morning at the Hyde Park Cafe for allegedly throwing a cocktail glass at another patron’s head, Tampa Police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said.
The 21-year-old singer was “belligerent” and uncooperative with police, Davis said.
She was threatened with leg constraints after repeatedly kicking at the windows from within the squad car, so hard, officers thought they would break, Davis said.
Police have not yet determined if Sierra knew the victim, Wisam Hadad, 28, of Tampa. Hadad declined medical transport for the laceration over his eye.
When Sierra was transported to Orient Road Jail, police reportedly found a small baggie of cocaine in her purse.
She was arrested on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility…
