So, this woman is separated form her husband for five years. Then she wins the lottery. What does she do? Files for divorce.

Of course. I’d do the same. Except, I wouldn’t be separated for five years. When I went through my divorce, I’d filed 2 days after we separated. I mean, why wait?

Of course, if you procrastinate and win the lottery, it becomes community property. HA!

So, she keeps this quiet, some guy overhears a conversation in a bar 2 years later, and tells her husband. The husband cashes in for a fraction of the money. Did he deserve it?

Probably not, except the law would surely have given her half if the situation was reversed. So, by being a lying, cheating woman, she gets a bargain.

Yeah, I went there!
